About Me

My journey in financial services began in 2010 as an agent with New York Life Insurance Company. In 2017, I took the leap to become an independent financial representative, and in 2023, I proudly joined Watershed Wealth Management. Over the years, I’ve specialized in insurance and investments. What I love most about my work is getting to know my clients personally and tailoring strategies to fit their unique needs and goals.

My Career Journey

I started my professional journey back in 1995, working in bookkeeping and rental property management. I earned an accounting degree from Clovis Community College in 1998. By 2010, I had transitioned to financial services, and I’ve spent the past decade immersing myself in different facets of the industry. Those experiences provided me with a strong foundation that continues to guide me as I support my clients and grow my entrepreneurial ventures.

Community Involvement

Beyond my career, community service has been a significant part of my life. Here are some ways I’ve been fortunate to give back:

• Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce: Board member from 2016 to 2025; Chamber President in 2023; served on the Committee of 50, Safe and Affordable Housing committee, and the Clovis Music Festival committee
• Clovis Rotary Club: Member since 2014 and Club President in 2017
• Curry County Republican Party: Vice-chair since 2020
• Clovis Christian Schools: Volunteer since 2010, supporting school events and activities

Life Outside of Work

Family is my greatest joy. My husband Rick and I have been married since 1999, and together we’ve raised two amazing kids—our son Dillon, who’s currently attending Eastern New Mexico University, and our daughter Jalisa, who’s in high school at Clovis Christian School.

Faith is also a cornerstone of my life. I’m honored to serve as the lead director for Bliss Women’s Ministries at Legacy Church in Clovis and Portales, where I help women connect and grow in their faith.

When I’m not working or serving you can usually find me planning events, decorating, crafting, or spending time in the garden. I also love traveling and exploring new places with my family.
